At Bidwern Butj Uni (BBU), we know that learning does not always have to come with a certificate to make a difference. Our non-accredited training is designed around what people in community want to learn. Programs built from the ground up through local ideas, skills, and priorities.
Whether it is leadership programs, weaving, jewellery making, public speaking, presentation skills, or return to work courses, our training is flexible, responsive, and designed to help people grow skills and confidence in ways that feel right for them and their community.
We work alongside community members, ranger groups, and local organisations to design and deliver workshops that build on strengths, share knowledge, and create new opportunities for mob learning together on Country.
Want to Learn Something New?
If there is something you or your community would like to learn, reach out to the BBU team for a yarn. We can help shape and plan a program that fits your ideas and connect you with the right trainers or facilitators to bring it to life.
We are also always looking for sessional teachers, artists, mentors, and community members who want to share their knowledge or host workshops. If you have got skills, experience, or cultural knowledge to pass on, we would love to work with you to help make that happen.
At BBU, our non-accredited training is about keeping learning connected to culture, community, and everyday life. Helping build the confidence and capability of our future leaders and changemakers.
